Kristen Hayer is the Founder and CEO of The Success League, a training and consulting firm focused on driving revenue and excellent customer experiences in the field of Customer Success. Before starting The Success League, she served as a senior executive in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for several scaling tech companies. Her career spans over 25 years in Go-To-Market leadership roles.

Kristen is an experienced podcaster and has written over 100 articles, focusing on leadership, customer experience, and management topics. She frequently speaks at industry conferences including ChurnZero ZeroIn, Totango Events, ClientSuccess CS100, and Gainsight Pulse. She received her BA in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University and her MBA from the University of Washington. She splits her time between San Francisco, California, and San Felipe, Mexico.
