Ejieme Eromosele


Ejieme Eromosele is an award-winning Customer Success and Experience executive who has spent her career building high-impact customer programs for global companies. She currently serves as VP of Customer Growth at Quiq, where she drives revenue retention and expansion and advises enterprises on AI for Customer Experience. Previously, she led Quiq’s international expansion as General Manager for EMEA, and served as VP of Customer Success and Account Management. 

Ejieme is the Founder of Success in Black, a community advancing DEI in Customer Success and supporting Black professionals in building thriving careers. She formerly led Customer Experience at The New York Times and began her career in management consulting.

An angel investor, Ejieme backs pre-seed and seed-stage companies across DTC, consumer tech, the creator economy, and B2B SaaS. She also serves on the board of The Conversational Design Institute Foundation, a nonprofit shaping design standards for conversational AI. 

Ejieme holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Strategy & International Business from New York University.
