What a launch week!

What a week it’s been — and what a way to begin this next chapter together.

On October 7, we hosted our live Launch Party for The Customer Success Talent Playbook at the Edelman office in Chicago. This was all thanks to the generous support of 1871 (Chicago’s leading tech innovation hub) and Lumopath (an AI platform helping CS teams find their highest-impact work).

It was an evening filled with community, celebration, and connection — bringing together our families, friends, and so many of the incredible people who have supported us on this journey.

Then, to close out the week, we took the stage for the closing keynote at ChurnZero’s #Zeroin2025 conference.

The #Zeroin2025 keynote was such a special moment — a chance to connect with the community, share our stories from The Customer Success Talent Playbook, and celebrate the power of people in Customer Success.

We’re deeply grateful to ChurnZero for the opportunity, and to everyone who joined, cheered us on, and helped make the moment unforgettable. 💙
